Jail chapel's mural is epic in scale
The chapel at Fort Bend County Jail will soon have a mural of biblical imagery. And it's courtesy of an inmate. Charles Nix (not his real name) of El Campo, said Thursday he has spent 40 hours thus far on painting the mural, which blends images of stories from the new and old testaments.
