Exhibit showcases photographs made by Vietnam veterans
What began as a project in a photography class has evolved into a powerful exhibit, currently on display at the North Carolina Museum of History. Professional photographer Martin Tucker had the idea for the exhibit, "A Thousand Words: Photographs by Vietnam Veterans," in 2003 while teaching a class at Sawtooth School for Visual Art in Winston-Salem.
