"Dogstock" Organizer Remains in Jail
The co-founder of a Northeast Kansas concert festival remains in jail Thursday after a judge denied his request for a bond reduction. 51-year-old Randy Long is charged with 18 felony counts of giving worthless checks and one count of misdemeanor criminal damage to property.
