Children's Art Festival returns to Vero Beach
Before Vero Beach had a Center for the Arts or Museum of Art, there was the annual Children's Art Festival. And it's back Saturday. "This is the 27th Children's Art Festival, but the museum is only 22 years old," festival spokesman Joe Ellis said Sunday. "It's a community day, free admission and all children are invited."
