SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. -- Part of a controversial art exhibit was banned at Lake Brantley High School in Altamonte Springs. The student who created it, Josh Hemingway, placed shredded pieces of the American flag between his photographs.

Festival set for a flying start
THE programme for the Nairn Book and Arts Festival , running from June 7-14, was launched at a special ceremony last week. "Nairn will exhibit more fine art than ever before, and this reflects the enthusiasm of Highland artists in our festival," said festival chairman John Fyfe at the launch.
