Culver announces $1 million for Des Moines sculpture garden
DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) - Gov. Chet Culver says the state will spend $1 million of Vision Iowa grant money to support the John and Mary Pappajohn Sculpture Garden in downtown Des Moines.
