"Rene Cathou and His Waterfront," an exhibition of new paintings by Bruce Chandler, will open Thursday at the Rice Museum’s Prevost Gallery in Georgetown. An artist reception is 5:30-7 p.m., and the exhibit will continue through Jan. 10. The works showcase the Cathou Fish House, built in 1895, and the Georgetown waterfront.
