Festival season has sprung
This spring and summer festival season will include an Incredible Drifting Whistle Pig and the Wild Horse Band as well as Shin Diggin, a Possum Holler and Sister Mary Elephant. These arent cartoon characters Possum Holler was probably the giveaway they are some of the bands performing at Tri-State-area festivals and carnivals through August.

Alter ego to be laid to rest to mark end of “troubles”
LONDON. The artist Brian O’Doherty will mark the restoration of peace in Northern Ireland by laying to rest his alter ego at a ceremony at the Irish Museum of Modern Art (Imma) in Dublin on 20 May.
