Suit targets law tracking those selling explicit goods
The Indianapolis Museum of Art teamed with bookstores, publishers and the ACLU of Indiana to file a federal lawsuit yesterday challenging a new law that will require retailers to register with the state and pay a fee if they want to sell sexually explicit material.
