Carter teacher named Tennessee Elementary Art Educator of the Year
Pablo Picasso once said, "All children are artists, the problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up." Jackie Spaulding-Wright is one of the unique individuals who has figured out how to do just that. Jackie, art teacher at Carter Elementary school, recently won the 2009 Tennessee Elementary Art Educator of the Year award.
