Montreal museum hopes to gain art after German baroness loses appeal
PROVIDENCE, R.I. - A painting forcibly auctioned by Germany's Nazi government should remain with the estate of a late Jewish art dealer from Montreal, who lost it when his German gallery was liquidated before the war, a federal appeals court ruled Wednesday.

Galvin sentenced for role in Fidelity fire
Aurora teenager Jason M. Galvin, who in September pleaded no contest to arson charges in connection with the fire that destroyed the historic Fidelity Building, has been remanded to the custody of the Office of Juvenile Services (OJS) to live in a state-run group home for at least the next six months.

Agreement Reached Between CVDA and Black Crow Media
