Local filmmaker's "Eclipse" showing on Nov 22nd at the NJ State in Cape May
South Jersey Filmmaker Justin Stuempfle's first feature film has been selected for showing at the NJ State Film Festival being held in Cape May NJ from Friday Nov. 21 to Sunday Nov. 23. His movie “Eclipse” is scheduled to be shown on Saturday, Nov. 22 at 9:30 p.m., as part of the Festival's new “Films for Night Owls” presentation.

Artists depict La Vernia in Chihuahua Trail show November 18, 2008
(By Elaine Mazurek Stephens) — The La Vernia Historical Association sponsored the fourth annual Chihuahua Trail Art Show & Sale Nov. 8-9 in the Hermann Sons Lodge building on F.M. 775 in La Vernia. The two-day event included 75 works of fine art by 15 local, trained artists.

Artwork displayed at public library
Student artwork from the public and private schools of Cooke County is continually on display in the children’s and youth section of the Cooke County Library. Right now, the artwork of the Callisburg Pre-Kindergarten students is on display. The Pre-Kindergartners made a painting of the American flag using their handprints.
