Deck the halls: Holiday Arts Festival showcases Midwest artists
WATERLOO --- Waterloo's Center for the Arts kicked off its 39th annual Holiday Arts Festival on Nov. 8. Fifty talented Midwestern artists decks the halls with artworks in wood, jewelry, metal, clay, glass, print and painting. At the Patron's Party, the evening was a win-win for artists and patrons since admission was merely the agreement to purchase $100 worth of art during the Festival.
