Hal Franklin and Willie Handy hang up new artwork by Morriss Elementary fifth-graders Thursday on the Art Wall in downtown Texarkana. The collaborative piece, titled “The Bridge,” was made with help from Massachusetts artist Richard Jenkins. The artwork will be shown until next year.
