Community, Bay College celebrate dedication of new arts center
ESCANABA - Friday was a special day for many people in the community as it marked the official grand opening and dedication of the Besse Center, a new theater and art center at Bay College. The $4.7 million project funded by John and Melissa Besse, Gladstone, houses a brand new theater and an arts center and gallery. Belles win Queen's choice trophy for parade entry
The seven Belles of Cabell County participated in the West Virginia Pumpkin Festival Parade on Sept. 28 in Milton.
