Canaletto works set to fetch £11m
Two "magnificent" views of Venice by the artist Canaletto are set to fetch up to £11m when they go under the hammer. They are going on sale for the first time, having previously been passed by family descent, auction house Christie's said.

CANTON Malone University Parents Weekend festivities will include a silent auction of artwork to benefit the area's needy children. The public auction will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday on campus in the Deuble Room of the Brehme Centennial Center.
