Stolen British art tracked to Toronto
It must have seemed like an incredible stroke of luck to the Canadian art collector who purchased 69 rare and historically significant "portrait miniatures" -- a bargain-priced collection of tiny but exquisite paintings up to 300 years old -- from a knowledgeable British seller late in 2006.
