Time Warner to spin off cable business

Hoping to spur more customization of its home page, the Internet search leader has unveiled a lineup of colorful graphics dreamed up by a mix of creative souls, ranging from fashion designer Oscar de la Renta to the rock group Coldplay.

Art professor Norman D. Daly dies at 96
Norman D. Daly, Cornell professor emeritus of art, died at Cayuga Medical Center, April 2, after a brief illness. He was 96 years old. Daly taught painting and drawing in the Department of Art at Cornell for 57 years (1943-1999), 24 of them as an emeritus professor.

'Art On The Waterfront' A Big Success
SEBRING — Last weekend's Highlands Art League fundraiser, "Art on the Waterfront," which attracted about 150 art patrons to the home of Martile and Tim Blackman, was a financial success.
