Boca artist takes first place in springtime show
In the National League of American Pen Women Springtime Art Show and Exhibition held recently at Sugar Sand Park in Boca Raton, Bea Doone-Merena won first prize for her painting “Sweet Kisses.” The 24” by 30” oil is a portrait of a young black girl.
