10th annual summer arts studies for children, teens
This summer, the Naples Art Association at The von Liebig Art Center hosted its 10th annual ARTScool program from June 2 to Aug. 1 for children ages 3 to 15. ARTScool offered more than 40 classes in painting, drawing, sculpture, clay modeling, photography and much more — all taught by professional artists and certified art instructors and all conducted in professional classroom settings.

UTC showcases recent acquisitions
The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga has received four major gifts of visual art that will be unveiled on Wednesday, Aug. 27. At 5 p.m., UTC Chancellor Roger Brown will dedicate “Sky Toucher,” a 10-foot-high, painted, aluminum sculpture by John Henry that was given to the university by Ruth Holmberg.

Banning library mural is "youth-oriented, colorful and urban"
