Man Arrested for Photographing Topless Women at Lake Travis
On Saturday a Travis County park ranger arrested and charged Phu Ban Nguyen with improper photography for taking inappropriate photos of two topless women on Lake Travis. According to the arrest affidavit, the park ranger spotted Nguyen hiding in the bushes watching two women sunbathing topless. One of the women told the park ranger Nguyen was taking pictures with a telephoto lens.
