MOUNT VERNON -- More than 35 vendors are set up on South Main Street for this year's Homemades and Trades Show. Held in conjunction with the Dan Emmett Music and Arts Festival, the show will run through Sunday.

Plimoth Plantation offers reward following vandalism
Plimoth Plantation is offering a $1,000 reward and a lifetime membership to anyone with information leading to the arrest and conviction of vandals who damaged the replica Colonial village. Museum officials say the vandals caused an estimated $10,000 in damage. The vandals broke into eight 17th-century era houses and stole hatchets, animal pelts, steel armor and other household items.
