Flag Stamp Error Found; Not Artist Stutzman's Fault
The national news media reported yesterday that stamp collectors have detected a flaw in the nighttime flag painting that is one of four United States Postal Service stamp designs created by Laura Stutzman, an artist from Mtn. Lake Park. The stamps, which are four paintings of the United States flag at four different times of day, titled "Flag 24/7," are currently in use throughout the country.
