BISMARCK — The Bismarck Board of Aldermen approved a $2,350 increase to a bid from Leadbelt Materials to resurface Indian Trails during its meeting Thursday night. The local company had originally bid out the work for $13,872 with the notation that the price could increase if the price of oil used in the asphalt goes up.
