Hall of Famer Kitty Wells on Exhibit
July 10, 2008 — Kitty Wells, whose recordings in the 1950s blazed a trail for country’s female artists, will be the subject of a new exhibit at the Country Music Hall of Fame. Kitty Wells: Queen Of Country Music, Presented By Great American Country Television Network, opens Aug. 15 for a 10-month run.

Man Pleads Guilty In French Art Theft Case
Bernard Jean Ternus pleaded guilty to a federal conspiracy charge stemming from the theft last year of the art works from a French museum. The paintings were all recovered in France in early June and the alleged thieves arrested.
