“Clearing, A Winter Evening,” a 16-by-20-inch oil painting depicts a winter evening on Yaquina Bay just before Christmas. This painting and two others by artist Ivan Kelly were chosen for the15th Annual Maritime Art Exhibition at Coos Art Museum.
