National search for NERAM director
Advertisements for a new director were placed in local and national newspapers last week. Applications close at 4pm on Monday, July 14. Interim chairman of NERAM Ltd, Meg Larkin, said the appointment of a new director would herald the start of a new chapter for the gallery.

Casino Unveils Local Artwork
The casino unveiled a fourteen foot work of art in the window of the Main Street facility. Brenda Ferguson of Dixmont beat out seven other Maine artists to have her work featured. The pastel installation is called, "Just Add Water." Ferguson said it's an intimate look at life in Maine.
