3:20 p.m. — The Isla Center for the Arts at the University of Guam will bring back the “Creative Hands: Pacific, Formerly Art of the Pacific Rim” exhibit. All artists throughout the Pacific region are invited to submit images for consideration in the exhibit. The exhibit will open this December.
